I add my vote to Mario Kart DS as the best toilet game. I would say tetris but if you're good at tetris it could take you an hour to finish one game

I don't have one really. As, I'll play anything while taking a dump and won't get off till I'm set in me game, be it JUS, Pokemon, Etrian and the like. Though atmo I'm hitting it with that Tetris Grand Master game. I'm not good so its over quick and its very fast to load.
