Hacking Best replacement case?

OK, the right corner of my dslite is cracking, this is the second time this has happened to me, the first time, i replaced that part of the case with part from an old dead ds. This time however, i do not have any spare ds parts so..

Out of the range of ds lite cases available, which is the strongest?

Has anyone who replaced their case found that the replacement has also cracked in the same place? or are the replacement much stronger than the original?

I would say the replacements are likely to be less strong than the original DS... I would recommend Dealextreme, if you want a tougher one, probably get the $30 ones rather than the $20 ones.

EDIT: No my replacement hasn't cracked, but it is only a few months old...
