I don't know about GBC but I use Gameboid for GBA

"Most" GBA emulators run gbc and gb just fine
Retroarch is what I use as gba isn't very strenous especially if you aren't using a large rewind

MyBoy for GBA and MyOldBoy for GB are the best ones in my opinion.

I second MyBoy. It even has Bluetooth-Link Cable emulation.
