Literally the only advantage to FIX94's Wii64 fork, is you can control games with Gamepad. Not64 is miles better otherwise.
hmm no

the wii64 1.2 has all not64 fixes plus 2 video plugins

rice one fixes manny games while you still have glide.

basicaly 2ii641.2 is as good as not64 with all not64 changes and you still have rice for better compat on some games.

It doesn't have all of the fixes, otherwise Last Impact would run at nearly full speed (when vWii is overclocked), and not crash when you go into the pipe in the overworld. That crash only occurs in old emulators afaik (happened in FIX94's first fork of Wii64, happened in this one, happened in Daedalusx64 which is a N64 emu for PSP). Probably not an easy fix, but the bug isn't there in Not64, therefore it's missing changes.

Both links on OP point to same files which I am using anyhoo.
It's running Banjo Tooie pretty well but there is a rectangular 'shadow, box round player/banjo

Does anyone have this game running without this?
If so, is it with a version that uses the gamepad?

Sorry to hijack the thread but this and conker are the only games I'm gonna play

yeah I did that, and output to 16:9 and saved config to SD.
Game runs really well, only occasional sound glitch or slowdown but shadow box is the main problem with my playback.

what are you using? wii64 1.2(not rice) the glide build with fb textures is your best bet to run both tooie and conker.

Thanks - I know you've given that advice before on another thread, I wanted to utilise the wiiu gamepad so used the fix94 mods linked in the OP - are these based on 1.2? and do remember choosing glide over rice :)
