Hacking best micro SD?

I want to know, how can I tell what class is it? what brands can I get?Highest Classof micro SD?

personally, I prefer kingston, but only if you can get the japanese manufacturered cards. they seem to be bit faster than the taiwanese counterparts. transcend is another pretty good company with solid and stable micro sd's.

I believe that the fastest micro sd's are class 8, but don't quote me on that. I'm running a pair of transcend class-6 8GB micro sd's in a memory stick duo adapter for my psp and have never experienced any slow-down or stuttering in audio, video or game files.

I use Transcend class 6's. Fast and never had a problem with them

I bought one of the cheapes Class 6 4GB MicroSDHCs from NewEgg.com, it was an ADATA and it's been amazing.

I personally use a 8gb transcend, class 6. Bought for $22 off of newegg. Have had no problems with it and would reccomend it.

Apparently class 10 has been released for sometime but average users like us don't really need that kind of speed to fulfill our gaming needs.
Class - 6 would be sufficient ... heck even class -2 would.

Toshiba micro SDs are all in class 4 and they are the best for flashcarts.

Class speed is not a key factor for flashcart, other than save speed.

Anything that uses the Toshiba controller should be ok.

Tell that to the Class 2 MicroSDHC users who can't play Pokemon Black/White.

I cannot say for sure that it is the Class 2 cards causing the problem, but that seems to be the common factor since switching to a Class 4+ or Non-SDHC MicroSD solves their problems.

Sandisk microSD are really cheap compare to other brands, partly because they are all in class 2.

Random access speed for Sandisk are not as good as others though.
