Homebrew Best Error #002 Fixes?

I lazily download a Wii Shop Channel Update thinking "a few messed up cIOSs" wouldn't mean much but now the Wii has Error #002 when you load up a disc.
What are the best (and preferably not too hard to do) #002 fixes?

Use ModMii to install/reinstall the recommended cIOS files.

The best way is to update the Wii on the official method çWii settings).
Nintendo will install all the original IOS's (so some will be stub). So every IOS will be restore and ERROR#002 fixes should normally been solved.
Than reinstall all (C)IOS's again like the first time (IOS236,IOS249,...).

It's the easiest and safest way!
PLUS you have automatic the newest version of the Shopping channel via this method.
