If you're on O3DS, 9.2 or less: RXTools. Free CFW.
If you're on N3DS, 9.2 or less: ReiNAND. Free CFW.
If your console is on 9.3 or higher: Sky3DS. Not like you have any other choice at the moment anyway.

9.2 sysnand and below then gateway 3ds. 9.3 sysnand and higher then sky3ds blue button. Not listing CFW since he did not ask about them.

In order to play online safely, u need to use powersaves to extract the header from your first hand cartridge.

Money isn't an issue on the type of card, they said the best is Sky3DS so that's what i want. I'm not looking for the cheapest card, the best card seems to be the most expensive one which is the Sky3DS. I'm ok with buying that one, I was asking where the best and least expensive place to buy that particular one is. Maybe I can save on shipping or come across a good deal, that was all.
