Gaming Best 3D effect so far?

The most Awesome 3D so far is in the Face riders - when you finish level or in the menu the scores and the options is far away from the screen - really poping.

also - in pes 3D when you hit Replay and change the view you can see countless number of Pop out 3D hands and legs

3DS Camera -> Special Effects -> Sparkles. Blow on the mic for different particles to fly. The bubbles particles pops out so much it's amazing.

Pilotwings 3d is extremely strong. Takes a bit getting used to it when on max depth, and i notice the similarity with real life eye focusing (ie: looking at distance makes the close stuff to double a bit and focusing on the closer blurs and doubles the distant ones).

Ridge racer is strong too and has many pop-out effects. The conffetis are awesome.
The Drifts smoke comes right at your face.
The depth really helps here, it was never this easy to know exactly when to start a drift for an upcoming turn, you know exactly how distant it is!

I've tried out four in the library, and I'm not really sure but it's leaning between how well the 3D lets one see true positioning in Pilotwings or how it feels more like driving a real car as it has a true sense of depth (not fake depth on a flat plane) with Ridge Racer.

The AR charcters were pretty impressive, how the game impends on real-life and is 3D and realistic-ish. Like entering another world. I need that mii plaza zelda game now, I'll have to unlock it and see.

The best pop out I've seen so far was with Pilot Wings, when you earn the diorama 1 and spin the plane around.
The wing comes a fair distance out of the screen - quite impressive actually.

reading some of these comments....i wonder if you guys are exaggerating or my eyes arent that good. i have ridge racer, samurai warriors, and street fighter and none of these pop out. maybe some scenes comes out a little but nothing that says wow. and for the person who was really impressed with the pop out of face raiders...really? looked pretty normal to me xD

and 3d pop out does work for me because i take a lot of 3d pictures with my 3d camera and it comes out like 1-3 inches. so best 3d effect for me is 3d camera.

the best way to see and realise the pop out is to put your finger right next to the object and see the diffrence between them.

Face Raiders menu screen, and when the Nintendogs put their paws up on the screen to either lick your face or give you a present. They really seem to pop out, especially the bigger dogs.

I don't know what you mean by "share the fun" but the menu does seems to pop out a little . and after playing it just now....when you just make a face it does pop out a lot. i never noticed it! ipoked it with the stylus and it went through so that tells me that it does pop out.

Game wise, I really like the 3D effect in Lego Star Wars the best of the games I have (monkey ball, street fighter, pilot wings and it). The environments seem pretty immersive and I like how status et al floats above the screen.

Look at those pencils in a really dark room and it really does seem like the are popping out!

I would personally say the most impressive is the water effects on Ridge Racer when you go through a puddle and the water sticks on the screen and it enhances the already deep 3D effect.It looks amazing, shame you don't drive through puddles more often!

Some of the 3D game pictures on this site are very nice, looking at the Eternal Darkness pics makes me want to see a 3DS port of the best survival horror game ever sooooo bad, it looks great!
