i played soul calibur 4 on ps3 at my friends house today and it was really fun.

are there any decent beat em ups for pc?

Not in recent times (last ones I recall were back when 3dfx was considered great but extravagant).

However the PC has all the best emulators arcade up to around the end of the 16 bit era through PS1 are nearly flawless and newer stuff is also possible.

Guilty Gear X2 #Reload had an English version released for PC in Europe.

Didn't come out in the US for PC however.
