Yes, modding games is awesome, and it's something I have extensive experience in doing. It's disheartening to see that nothing other than Loadiine has really been done. I know there is the Gecko stuff, which is cool to hack games too. But really, not too much has been done. I wouldn't mind making an emulator, just for the simple fact that in my basement on the projector, I have the Wii U, Xbox One, Sony Blu-Ray Player, and a Roku. The only place I can play any emulators, is in my living room on the 50" TV. That's cool and all, but it would be really cool to play an emulator on the 110" projector from time to time, and the Wii U is the only one that has potential for that right now. I could also work on making a PLEX port, or some other media app for the Wii U too. The Wii U isn't the most powerful thing, but it sure is a lot more powerful than either my Roku or Sony Blu-Ray player, as far as the CPU inside them. The Blu-Ray Player is really only good at playing Blu-Rays, the apps for it suck. But anyway, I will have to seriously consider what I want to do at this point. I just spent $1000 fixing my car today, it would be nice if I knew for sure I would eventually be able to make worthwhile homebrew on my 5.5 Wii U, but I put my faith in that train the last time, and look what it got me ...
