Yes. You can edit the Fonts by Converting from Installed .ttf or .otf on your PC using ctr_FontConverter. But the Tool is a Property of Nintendo an IS Copyrighted though. I can't Share the Link here. So you have to find it yourself.

Use CTR_SDK's ctr_fontConverter to make/convert .ttf or image files to .bcfnt, and use Every File Explorer to preview the font.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
