battle & get pokemon typing ds gets a... keyboard?

Is it just me, or is it weird for Nintendo to put this game on DS when they could have done a Wii version, and then not had to worry about making their own keyboard? Won't it be hard to set up the DS and type, unless we have a stand?

Maybe the card has a port, or the cord is hard-wired to the card (of which when not in the DS, you slide the card into the bottom of the keyboard), *shrug*

I read somewhere that the peripheral is not needed and the game can be played using the game's keyboard on the touch screen.

This pokemon game is a wierd spin-off....
