I don´t know if this is the place to post this issue. But I have looked through the forums and didn´t find anything so...

The thing is that hekate shows a value of 87,9% of battery, but when I enter to atmosphere it shows 100% and i don´t know which is the correct value of battery and why there is that discrepancy between the values.
If someone can help me it would be great.

Thanks!

If your Switch with running Horizon will turn off even if you have 5% or more, then Hekate is showing correct value.

This is pretty common for battery monitors to show a bit more battery than you actually have when it's near full, and a bit less when it's near depleted, just like with fuel gauges, it makes you feel like you're getting more mileage. People don't like to see their fuel/battery life drop as soon as they unplug the charger or start driving.
There is also no perfect way to measure battery life, since it's measured based on voltage, but the voltage drop is not linear. It drops faster at the bottom and top end and slower in the middle. So if Hekate is simply converting the voltage to a battery % directly without applying a curve, it will show less battery life than you in reality have when your battery is nearly full. It's unlikely that Hekate devs bothered to measure the voltage drop in the battery to figure out how to get relatively accurate battery readings, so I would trust Horizon more.
