Does Atmosphere support battery charge limits? I see some charge settings listed here but it's unclear on exactly what they do/how they are used. I could take a guess and change some settings but I prefer to read documentation. The goal would be to use a 1 amp charge and stop charging around 80%. It's well known that lithium batteries will live longer if kept between 20% - 80% SOC and it's rare I'm away from power long enough to need the extra 20%. I've been using Switch OC Suite to do this but it appears that functionality is no longer being supported.

Did you ever find a way to do this?

Potentially also interesting is that the Switch 2 has implemented this right in HOS. It even has a note about sometimes charging to 100% to keep the battery % accurate.

Is there any recent homebrew that set charge limits?
My switch is docked for most of the day and It'd be great if it maintains the battery at 80%

There was a solution in another thread:

However, sys-clk-OC hasn't been updated for newer HOS versions and other clock tweaking utilities refuse to incorporate this. It's really a big shame, considering that as pointed out earlier, stock Switch 2 does this.

I am really not a big fan of having to deal with glued-on battery replacement all due to software not letting me limit charge in the first place, especially for docked play when I may want to disable charging entirely. L4T does it, even...!
