Homebrew BatchDpg help???

Sorry if this isn't the right section to post this in, I wasn't sure where to put it.

But um, I'm using an old version of batchdpg, 1.2, and the problem is that when the conversion was complete, I ended up with an mpeg. Anybody know what's the problem? I'm trying to convert an avi file into dpg format for my r4.

I'm using 1.0, and never get anything besides dpg. Make sure you follow the tutorial here to the letter, including installing the other programs it says.
