So I've just gotten banned online, I used to only be banned on splatoon 2 but I guess they extended it, If I put the game cards in my other switch that I use for splatoon now, will I get banned?

hi, I have 2 nintendo switches, one banned and one not, on the banned one I installed the splatoon 2 game card, if I insert the game card I used on the banned nintendo switch, do I risk the ban on the non-banned one?
