Hacking Banner Editing Tutorial

I have made a banner with the spanish tools and it went fine. But now when I try to pack my final result with the english tools I don't get an out.wad.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
EDIT: It doesn't work with the Spanish tools either...

I just tested the wad packer again, no problem packing it for me.
Did you move all the files inside the unpacked wad folder to the root?

sorry it was page7 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EDWHX194 this are the edited versions of 00000000.app's that you can use.
On page7 is even a edited version of the tutorial that does work for vc games

Okay that helps for one of the .wads I'm editing which is a snes game, but the next wad is homebrew not a vc game

With a Homebrew wad you wont have any problems when you want te extract the banner.bin

Well i did

and on step 4.2 of the editing the banner of a vc game:

QUOTE4.2 Double click u8extr.exe and point it towards the banner.arc file in the “tools” folder. It will create a new folder called banner_arc_out.

i get a run time error 6 again

Prime: the step you quoted from the tutorial was for editing banners for VC, if you are working on homebrew banners, all you need to do is extract the banner.bin. No need to use gbalzss.

Just to be clear. Do i want to use the english verion of these tools or the spanish? And is the newest up to date tools on the first post?

The newest tools are on the first post (u8packer allowing unsigned sound.bins). The english tools will not be able to pack the sound.bin.
