How did you get banned? and have you changed anything recently, I have just updated my SysCFW to 14.1.0 and I havent booted it yet so I am hesitant to boot i up now.

As the Switch ages the ban risk will continue to wane. It’s not as bad as it used to be. There’s nothing inherently wrong with 14.1.0/1.3.1. It’s a good release. Nothing tricky.
- Keep up to date with DNS blocking and Serial blanking (dns:mitm and exosphere respectively) and don’t go online with pirated games installed on your nand and for the most part you will be fine.
