Is there any possible way to unban a switch? i stupidly got myself banned from going online i was told if i did a nand back up i an unban myself i just don't know how to.

There is no unbanned method, to prevent a ban, you need to restore a clean NAND backup from when you were previous online

Not if you got banned already, your console certificate is marked for non online access now.

Best choice:

Buy 1 switch to hack. Run Homebrew, Android, Emulators, whatever.

Buy 1 switch to leave completely vanilla. This is for playing online, buying games from E-Shop. This can also be a massive help because you can use this un-hacked switch to transfer updates for games to your hacked switch over AD-Hoc. Makes it super easy to install OEM updates for games, rather than using homebrew to acquire these.

Grand Total: 2 Switches. 1 Hacked & Offline, 1 Vanilla & Online.

Yes, it is possible to unban the switch by rebuilding the nand using a donor switch nand. However it is complicated and you'll just end up getting banned again, most likely.

There is no way to unban a Nintendo Switch and there will never be one.
