Finding working seed is almost impossible

Yeah because they get banned by people who have spotpass on. You have to put one that is from a friend. People are able to share seeds its just a public seed are the ones that get targeted by trolls

Again in emphasize to not share any information with Nintendo. Don't let the sweet talking bunny in streetpass change your mind to enabling the following settings. The bunny is not your friend and is a bot. It is one of Nintendo's methods to try and market to children and gain personal information. Here is what you need to disable from the main menu:

system settings/internet settings/spotpass/automatic software downloads and sending of system information are set to NO

Just because you have these settings on doesn't prevent Nintendo from finding and using alternate methods of seeing CFW.

Remember their user agreement says you agree to their conditions. Breaking those terms give them justifiable means to violate your privacy settings.

Acting goofy drawing attention to yourself will cause others to report you if not seen by a Nintendo mod. Nintendo is very very strict when it comes to protecting their online users from anything. I was banned from miiverse several years ago from giving my location. Imagine how they'll feel about you potentially ruining another user's experience.

Also if you do cheat I have no sympathy and only hope a ban will convince you to change. Online cheating not only takes away fun but discourages other people from wanting to play online. Many people have stopped playing GTA V online for PS3 because they know the servers are filled will dishonest players.
