Bank Card is Visa, but won't accept China purchase, where do I go?

I'm looking for EZ-Flash, but the problem I have is trying to find a legit company/site, that isn't going to charge my bank card to China, because when I have tried in the past to make a purchase through China, my bank has suspended my card and I can't use it until I get a new one.

Are there any legit USA sellers that will actual process my bank card through the USA and not through China?

Your bank made you get a new card even after you told them it was ok? Sounds like you need a new bank more than anything.
