My Isp informed me that they fixed the routing problems between Intelcom and the Seabone.
The problem caused massive slowness and high ping responses.
If you experience more slowness just post here, maybe writing the ping trace you can get by typing ping gbatemp.net in the dos window.
It should look like this:

from california. hope it helps. i still seem to be experiencing slight lag, moreso that with other sites. we have cable so i'd think the pings would be a little lower.

I used to have the same problem last two week. my DSL server find out that some boot-up board short circuit,... that all they told me

and if you can go to http://pcpitstop.com/ you can run test on your service

that all I know!
