Hacking Ban Across Devices

I have a 3DSXL and a Nintendo Switch. I have cfw on my 3DSXL, but not on the Switch. They both have their own separate accounts and are not merged in any way. They do however, have the same username and very similar miis. If my 3DSXL were to get banned, would my switch get banned also? I know this may sound stupid, but I would hate for anything to happen to my Nintendo Switch.

No your switch wouldn't get banned even if you were using the same account and it's almost impossible to get banned on 3DS anyway
