I have Zelda: Tri Force Heroes from the eShop, which I bought before I downgraded to 9.2. It won't boot because it needs a higher firmware.

I want to backup my save file, install a crypto fixed version of the game that will run on 9.5 emuNAND (I'm on New 3DS) and then restore my save file.

But svdt won't run when I try running it with Tri Force Heroes as the target. How can I backup my save file?

Can I use savedatafiler? If so, how? I can't figure out how to use it at all.

Thanks!

This post provides a pretty good explanation on how to use SaveDataFiler http://www.maxconsole.com/maxcon_forums/threads/287049-How-to-use-SaveDataFiler

There is also a video here https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-video-how-to-use-savedatafiler-with-pokemon-oras.375668/

Also I'm not sure if triforce heroes has anti save game restore protection but in case you run into issues this may help https://www.reddit.com/r/AnimalCros..._cannot_use_save_data_because_it_was_not_the/
