Wii Music and Sambo De Amigo will not. They work, but will not display in the Disc Channel.
All are 1:1 NSTC copies.

I have a question:

Does rebooting the system from the backup loader and into the Disc Channel actually improves somehow the performance of the games? For example, does it improve loading times or stuff like that?

I just tried Mario Galaxy in Gamma, still choppy videos at the beginning and the end =)
