Gaming Backup installed title as CIA

My internet bandwidth is limited, so I was wondering if there was anyway for me to locally backup the titles that I have installed via the eshop.

Content Decryptor options-> SD File Options-> Content to CIA (sysnand/emunand dir)
You need to know the title ID of the game you want.
