Homebrew Back with the Hacks

So i left the homebrew scene a while ago but thanks to covid i had nothing better to do so i installed luma to my 3ds, one problem. its been so long i forgot what does what and how things work, and looking at the wiki pages isnt helping. so a few questions guys. fim is 11.14.0-46u luma is 10.21 new2dsxL
1 now that luma is on my 3ds what can it do now? (i believe region free gaming and screenshots but thats all i got)
2 cia angle,fbi and checkpoint, what are they and what do they do?
3 how do i get emulators on my system/is anything needed for ds games? (VAGUELY remember something about roms as 3ds icons?)
