Hacking B9S, 002-0102, what can I do?

I have a New 3DSLL which have been banned as 002-0102, and I get LocalFriendCodeSeed_B from my friend's old 3DSXL
However after inject by Decrypt9 I still got 002-0102 problem(Ultra Moon, btw)
Is that means my friend's 3DS is already banned (which he don't think so) ? Or an old 3DSXL's LocalFriendCodeSeed_B can not be used on new 3DSLL? Or this way can only works on A9LH but not B9S?
What can I do?

no. it means your friend code ya used was infact banned. You need to google a public seed thats not banned. There should be some floating around. And then inject that seed like before to unban the console.

I know this seems super sketch but I have an LFCSB that I'd like to trade for a banned one. I know I could wait until one of those on Google are banned but I'm slightly impatient. It's a private seed that isn't shared with anyone else. There's obviously no way to prove that but I offer this logic: If it was shared, it has the chance of a ban and then why would I be searching for a banned one?
