sigpatchは入れておりません
AtmoPack-Vanillaに含まれているので、先にAtmoPack-VanillaをインストールしてからAtmosphere-with-Hekateを上書きすると、設定やhbmのカスタムカラーが反映されます。
SIGPATCH is not included.
It is included in AtmoPack-Vanilla, so if you install AtmoPack-Vanilla first and then overwrite Atmosphere-with-Hekate, the settings and hbm custom colors will be reflected.

I checked your configuration on the .ini !
It seems good,, but it doesn't work as expected. It shows AMS version on system info.
I would like to know how hekate dev will fix this issue

You just need to update the hekate config to use the new file names, see the latest page of the pinned hekate thread for an example

Ok I didn't notice that your first post said "boot stock", I don't remember how that works, but f-secondary still exists just renamed to package3
