Delete Tinfoil on the Frontpage and run the Installer again. Often helps

From changelog, you need to wait for cleaning up erpt_reports, but if it does not work, just delete folder erpt_reports manually.

There are multiple patches, one of which is for the loader. If you’re using CFW, Atmosphere’s loader is being used.

You probably updated to 16.0.0. If so, then You have paperweight.
Wait for Atmosphere 15.0.0, then it will work. SciresM is working on it right now.
