Hacking Homebrew Atmospère broke or Idk

So I was in Atmosphère and accidentally pressed the offical Firmware update button while trying to launch Super Mario Maker 2. I quickly cancelled the Update and thought I avoided it, but now whenever I ty to launch Atmosphère it says "A fatal error occurred when running Fusée. Failed to identify FS! Press POWER to reboot.". Please help me! Must I install Atmosphère again? I would lose and my progress and all my Games
