I am having a hard time understanding your English (sometimes). I know that you can flash the trinket via UF2 files, but I just don't understand your sentences.
What does this have to do with flashing the trinket?

im talking about if i want to auto rcm it to power on to atmosphere

You can install rcm strap so you don't need autorcm. With autorcm, you should be able to boot straight to CFW if you have trinket.

If you already have a correct payload on it, you don't have to reflash it anymore.

Then you can't use it or you have to run the fusee primary via their payload (there is an option to run payload form SD).

There is. Either via arduino ide or via the UF2 files.

doesnt say which one to flash for atmos. also when i double click trinket it want pop up to add files any idea

You need 7.0.0 keys. Or you can use nightly goldleaf or devmenu

Don't know. I always flashed my trinket my self via arduino ide. Just search for what you need there. I am sure you can find it.

Can you downgrade from 7.0.1 to 6.2 thanks in advance

i was able to downgrade 6.2 and install sx os and booting beautiful. thanks to everybody that helped on this thread and the dev for this greats stuff.

7.0.1 CFW works fine if you know what you are doing. However, you find a way. Good for you.

Yes. I did try atmos and worked well . But I wanted to have xci support. And I can take my cartiages and dump them to my sd card.

They are being work on for xci as well but we don't know when. So be patient, I guess.
