So I've got a bit of a problem when it comes to transferring a certain game(s) onto my NTFS formatted USB drive. I've added both Xenoblade and Sin and Punishment with no errors whatsoever; everything runs fine (USB Loader Gx and Wiiflow), but recently upon attempting to add more games, namely Resident Evil 4, I'm greeted with the black screen bug, error, etc. At first I believed it to be outdated cIOS or perhaps a bad iso, but experimenting with numerous different ones from various sources yielded the same results. Wii Backup Manager revealed that during/after the transfer process, the SHA-1 hash breaks which is why the game refuses to load, at least as far as I can tell (tested on dolphin both pre and post transfer, pre-transfer works). Xenoblade and S&P both verify correctly during the checks however.

Is there any particular reason why this is occurring and is there any solution to solving this problem?

Yeah I was considering a total reformat of the drive, but I just wanted to see if there was a bit more to it.
