Hacking Aspect Ratio

So Wii U is set to 1080p and 16:9 ratio but when ever loading wii games by backup launcher, the ratio is 4:9 and image looks lower than 480p

Is it possible to get it to 16:9?

only problem is you have to run all your emus/loaders from the hbc than otherwise the aspect reverts when you turn console off...
