Aroma not loading

A few days ago, I went on to my WiiU and turned it on. It was stuck on the part where it shows the Wii U menu icon, and I waited 20 more minutes, still no change. After some troubleshooting, I figured out that only when I loaded Aroma that would happen. I think it is also worth noting that right before this, I put the MicroSD into my old Samsung phone and it made some folders with only a few things inside one of them. Of course, I have also tried re-downloading base Aroma, but no change has occurred, and I can’t find anybody else with this problem anywhere. Is there any possible solution here?

Just a shoot into the blue but try to reformat the SD card (FAT32, 32kb cluster size), then redownload the Aroma package and put it onto this freshly formatted card. Don't put anything else on it: Does it work?

Just tried it, no change. Something happened with the console between when I was playing Mario Party 10, I turned the console off and then on the next time.

I am having the same issue. But when I retried aroma it loaded the menu but not I get an error loading anything at all. "homebrew_wupsbackend: abort() called. Uncaught exception?"
