Homebrew armips for windows x86 x64

would you mind compile latest commit for me? I tried to compile the source code but got many error on cmake 3.4.3, vc 2015. I know there is old binary already available but offen I got an error when I compile some code.

So Pleae help me. I want x86, x64.
