Is there any builder or tutorial to make the arm9loaderhax with my otp

just look at arm9loaderhax on github and read the readme. Follow the tutorial in my sig for building rxTools to get your tool chain setup correctly.

https://github.com/capito27/arm9loaderhax Don't clone this repo, but the files in data_input are what you need (minus OTP.bin... dete that and use your own!!!!). Just rename the other files appropriately.

There are multiple services out, including a fairly easy one that uses just cmd. Use the search function next time.
