Hacking Can custom bootups have audio?

I wanna make my startup screen one of those 3d intros from 2018, but all the tutorials I see on how to do it don't have audio for the boot up. Is it possible to add audio?

Iirc, bootsplashes/videos boot up before the NAND, which is before even the sound is started. I could be mistaken

Is it possible to change the non dsiware splash screen before a game loads or do the same things apply?

I’ve never seen it done before. Some homebrew have their own custom boot animation/sound but I don’t know if it’s possible to do the same for games
