Hacking ARM 11 Website NOT LOADING

Hey guys, I have someone 3DS and for some reason, we got the arm9.bin and arm11.bin in the root of the SD Card. We have everything right, but for some reason, the internet browser isn't loading the website. Do I have to reset the internet settings or what? Thanks

Never mind. Fix it. Had to
Initialize save data
