I get an Arm 11 Error after booting an region free CIA of Dragonquest XI with my NEW 3DS.

Settings are luma 8.1, latest Bootstrap, Firmware 11.5.

Does this occur to anybody else?

I have the same settings on my 2DS and the game won´t boot at all. I get the boot screen, then the screen turns black and back to the 3ds homemenu.

Are you on a Old3ds?? If so, you'll need to either tiny format or system format to fix that issue. Before you do that, I would recommend either redownloading the cia or finding the cia elsewhere if redownloading it doesnt fix the issue. I am unsure if that is an extended memory game or not, but it could just be a corrupted cia ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Could be a seed encryption issue. If you downloaded the CIA from a web site, they may not have cryptofixed it. Go into FBI, select it from "Titles" and pick "Import Seed" and then see if it works. If the game runs, problem solved. If not, then it could be corrupt, or there could be a new protection out. I'm leaning towards it being seed encryption, because I've seen so much of this.

Definitely a seed encryption issue. All SNES VC titles have seed encryption. Open FBI, select the title from the "Titles" menu, and choose the "Import Seed" option. Should get it working. Usually FBI will install this automatically though. 2.4.12 fixed several bugs, so, make sure you're using the latest. If you used Freeshop, make sure you update to 3.1.4 or later. 3.1.3 had a bug where it wasn't installing the seed info correctly.

It seems "import seed" requires a working WLAN. I will see if i can find an access point.

Edit: Oh and thank you all for your reply. :)

@Kazuma77
The Issue with Dragonquest XI is fixed as well!
The CIA was indeed missing the seed encryption.
The Game is now working as intended on my 2DS and New 3DS.
