I finally went to GameStop and pre-ordered the game yesterday. So excited!

Of course I'm gonna download the game first so I can play it early, but I've already shelled the entire $50 in the pre-order. So there.

You know I was expecting a game that would be as good as 8/10 at best but now I'm getting the feeling that it'll be a lot better.

Also Nintendo are really pushing the so called "core" games this year and if these games sell well then they'll give us more and also help promote 3rd party ones too.

So gonna buy it when its out over here.

I was going to buy it, but it will sell like crazy anyway, and I doubt I'll play through the entire game anyway.

It won't be here for a while.

I don't feel guilty using the internet copy until mine gets here.

I did the same thing with Tatsunoko vs Capcom, No More Heroes 2, Monster Hunter Tri, and Super Mario Galaxy 2.

In fact the original discs that I get rarely ever see the Wii drive. I don't think I've ever put NMH2 in there.

So far its seems that my initial thoughts are correct.

7/10 game at best so far, I'm finding it hard to want to play it. Easily the worst Metroid I've played since Hunters.

Hope it gets better.

i agree. i played the first 5 min and was meh. nintendo really going downhill

you can blame team ninja for turning it into metroid gaiden.

It is a huge step back from Metroid Prime Corrruption and i.m.h.o. worse then Ninja Gaiden. Especially the over the shoulders scene's are so boring that i almost fell asleep during them. To me Metroid other M is a big dissapointment, the controlls don't work and i also don't like the side scrolling. No, i will probably not even finish it and play some more Corruption.
