Homebrew Are we allowed to share injected CIA Videos? (Using Rinnegatamante's tool)

Title says it all. Basically, I'm thinking about starting a thread where people can share these videos, I have like an entire folder on my 3ds of these, most converted from some of my videos, and I would like to have a place where other people and myself could share our own videos. So is it allowed, or is it somehow copywrighted

frick, it has copyrighted music, but it's not like, a full episode of a show or anything. would I get banned for having copyrighted music in a video?

Seems pretty straight forward really. Copyrighted content (Any part of it) in the thing you're sharing? Don't share it.

I mean, it's on youtube, so it's not like it can't be watched on the 3ds, I just thought it would be cool to have a place to share these videos.

thats because on YT everything there is considered to be in "fair use", so long as proper credits are given

Not quite. It means either the uploader is the copyright holder (Official channel), or the video hasn't been removed for copyright infringement yet. There are quite a few restrictions on what is considered "fair use"
