Hacking Are there cheats for the Wii U?

So I remember that the wii u game downloads had this part where it says cheats or no cheats.
Is there a software mentioned to add in cheats or is that not possible?

So I read through the post and it mentioned it is a bit outdated as the Wii U got updated which was stability and something about some sort of confidentiality law taking place.
Does it still work?
The links don't seem to pop up for the Wii U database.

It is a bit outdated yes. Of course. But it's the only way to use cheats afaik.
