Don't expect good performance on o3DS, not now or ever. But it technically works.

It's my understanding the retroarch core still works, just not as fast. Any option for o3ds will be slow.

I heard newer versions crash on launch, but versions from 2-3 years ago work. I would guess it’s gone past the available memory in the o3ds, but don’t have one to try out.

Last working Cia version is 1.3.6 good if you want to try it for 2d gaming and have truly compressed PBPs. BTW you might want to remove music from it in order to get it to work with pocketiso or something.
