Now that you mention it, I don't know whether he's asking for a GBA emulator for DS, or a GBC emulator for GBA. I assumed that "I meant GBA" was refering to "for the GBA"...

Okay, so to recap what the past few posts have said:
GBC emulator for GBA - Goomba Color
GBC emulator for DS - Lameboy
GBA emulator for DS - not gonna happen, you need a slot-2 device.

For playing GBA Roms, either get CycloDS + EZ 3 in 1.
Or get the M3REAL Perfect Bundle (I have it!)
