If so, I thought it might help in improving that new Rocket Movie Player for Flashcarts, DSi, and 3DS.

I personally believe it would be smarter, if realistic, to invest time in a MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 part 2 (xvid, etc) decoder rather than a format for which it's already hard to find a decently usable encoder for...
 
I do also have some old source code to batchDPG around here, including some of the modded builds I did. I dug it up for someone the other year.
That said it will likely be what is on that GBAdev link as I don't think I bothered to pull apart the later versions of the format, though I would not expect them to be too much different.

Edit. Apparently the other year was actually 6 years ago, checked the download link and it still works though.
