NO! The NES version is missing an entire level ffs.
When there's only four stages, missing one at all is a quarter of the game being missing.

I'd just say get the Gameboy version. It has all four original stages, and then many many more on top of that.

I agree, play the GB version. If you ever played the Mario vs DK games on GBA or DS, it'll feel familiar. There's about 100 stages I think.
The GB Donkey Kong is awesome, I was disappointed with Mario Vs DK as I hoped it would be as good.

DK '94 (Donkey Kong - Super Gameboy) has I think 96 stages or so to it. There are multiple worlds with increasing challenge to it, and each one at the end has a fairly hard boss fight (especially when compared to wussed out DS/GBA DK vs Mario bs.) The stages are very fun and well designed and should keep you busy for a very long time.

Personally (seeing bs) I hated the spinoff and its sequel. The boss fights were stupid easy due to a piddly life bar and then the stages were just kind of ranging from a few good to many that were so-so/boring and some just badly made...and then the 'minis' AI was god awful.

when i saw this topic i decided to get the emulator and the rom.
but when i got it all loaded up and playing, it came up with an error:
'CHECK ROMS...
- C(square)SET(square)C.BIN
C(square)SET(square)C.BIN NOT FOUND'

Can someone help me out?
and if its a rom file error can someone provide a working rom link?
