sadly mother 3 will only be japanee excllusiive tdue to copyright issues (mother 2/earthbound flew under the music industries radar (and this was pre heigth of the DMCA when they got uber protective (and stupid)

Besides the Nintendo games, I could see Rockstar releasing Grand Theft Auto 5, Red Dead 2, or MicroSoft releasing Halo Master Chief, Forza Horizon, Fallout 3/4, older Call of Duty games on the Switch 2. (Granted it has the CPU/GPU power)

That was unrelated I'm afraid. Appears recently Amazon started just canceling tons of pre-orders. For example recently all of the Mighty Number 9 3DS pre-orders were canceled the same day.
