Hacking Apps

So my first post wasnt so promising, even thou i was refered to this site, I got over like 70 views between the 2 topics i created and not one person replied. No worries thou, I found out the answer to my own question and posted it to help this community so if anyone else has the issues it can be resolved.

So ill give this another shot..... easy question this time, not technical..

Is there a central location that has Ds apps, so i don't have to go all over the place to get emulators and apps that i need, (games not an issue.) I went to the archives section of this site but its not actually archives, its just more forums, unless i missed something?

any relevant replies would be appreciated.
