Nope, it's more like the enable eshop update, if you already updated then you're good to go. Nintendo isn't doing a region based update, it's all been worldwide releases so far for 3DS.

As ONM reported on all system updates so far, and it was due on a friday as opposed to EShop update day, I presumed it was a new one.

Maybe I'm stupid, or maybe they are, or maybe Nintendo couldn't be bothered to give us anything........

OP misread. You do not need to update. If you are already on 2.1.0-3E, you have eShop already. So you can download already.

Ouch the trailers hurt my eyes....

3D effects don't look too great either except for starfox, I love how the 3D really helps there.

woah...i didn't notice the e3 trailers....i swear i just got online on the shop today and it wasn't even listed on the june 30 update
my eyes only hurt on the very pop-up-like effects...on the oot trailer, i paused it on the icon pop-up, i couldn't look at the image itself, it was...so "out"
